I had quite a mixed experience at this resort. The location was great, with stunning views of the lake and proximity to Branson. However, the room I stayed in left much to be desired – it felt outdated and cramped. The service was decent, but I expected more from the overall management. While the amenities had potential, many could use an upgrade. Overall, I enjoyed my vacation, but I may look for a different resort next time.

The room was clean but felt outdated and cramped. The layout made it hard to relax and the furnishings weren’t comfortable.

The resort offers beautiful views of Table Rock Lake with spacious accommodations. However, it's becoming more of a party place, which may not be ideal for families seeking a quiet getaway. The units are showing their age and need some updates to reach their full potential.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and provided a fantastic view of the lake, but they felt a bit dated, particularly the furniture and some appliances.
Service
8.0
The service was generally friendly and attentive, which added a nice touch to our experience here.
Location

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Table Rock Lake, offering stunning views and access to various attractions.

The resort facilities are impressive, but the pool area can get crowded due to outside visitors, diminishing some of the guest experience.

I recently stayed at a condo during the 4th of July weekend, and while it had a nice view and was relatively clean, there were several drawbacks. The unit was older with some amenities lacking, such as enough towels and no access to the lake unless you had a boat. The proximity to Branson attractions was a plus, but I wouldn't choose this place again without a boat.

Rooms
6.0
Our two-bedroom condo was clean and had recently been painted, but it felt a bit outdated and didn't have enough towels.
Service
7.0
I found the service polite, but the absence of mid-week housekeeping was disappointing.
Location
6.0
The resort was tucked away on a peninsula with beautiful lake views, but access to the water was limited without a boat.
Dining
5.0
The resort had a tiki bar which was a nice touch, but beyond that, there weren't any dining options.
Facilities
6.0
The pools were smaller and older but kept clean. The lack of equipment for family games was a noticeable downside.

This resort is nestled in a picturesque location with stunning views of the lake, making it a potentially great spot for a relaxing getaway. The two-bedroom unit I stayed in provided a wonderful vantage point, and the marina activities were a blast. However, the room could use some updates, and the hard bed made it less comfortable than I hoped. Overall, it's a good place to unwind if you prioritize scenery and activities.

Rooms
7.0
The two-bedroom unit was spacious and offered a perfect view of the lake, but the furniture felt a bit outdated, and the patio had some wasp nests which were a concern.
Service
9.0
The service staff were very friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests, which made my stay more enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The resort is tucked away on a peninsula of Table Rock Lake, which gives amazing views and a peaceful environment, though it can be hilly navigating to and from nearby attractions.
Dining
8.0
Dining at the on-site restaurant was satisfactory, with delicious meals and a scenic view to enjoy, but it could benefit from more variety for extended stays.
Facilities
8.0
The amenities include a marina for boat rentals and a lively Tiki Bar, both of which added fun to the trip, though I would have loved to see more luxury facilities like a spa.

5.0/10

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the view from our room was lovely, the overall condition of the facilities and rooms left much to be desired. The service was non-existent, and the lack of available amenities made it feel more like a rundown motel than a resort. I cannot recommend this place for a family getaway as it did not meet our expectations at all.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms lacked basic upkeep and were uncomfortable. We had issues like dirty shower curtains and outdated mattresses.
Service
5.0
Service was practically non-existent, with no-one available to address our concerns during our stay.
Location
5.0
The hotel wasn’t particularly close to any attractions despite being in Branson; it felt isolated and disconnected.
Dining
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were barely functional; the pool and hot tub were out of service, and the general cleanliness was lacking.
